We continue to care for your pets until you return. Just let us know as soon as possible — we’ve got it covered.
How do I pay for services?
Payment is due when scheduling. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may also include a gratuity for specific team members.
Can I bring my pet to you?
We provide care in your home — where your pet feels safest and most secure. This also allows us to care for your home while you’re away.
How long are pet visits or dog walks?
We don’t charge by the clock. Visits last as long as needed, based on your custom care plan.
Who has access to my home?
Only trained, certified, bonded, and insured Tricia’s Pet Care team members. Keys are securely stored and coded without identifying info.
Do I meet the care team?
Yes! You and your pet will meet the team before services begin — ensuring familiarity, trust, and a calm transition.
Is there extra cost for the team approach?
No. Our team approach — with multiple trained caregivers — is included in your base service price for reliability and coverage.
